The JETVARNISH 3DS with iFOILS turns your printed jobs into spectacular and irresistible printouts, which will immediately gain the full attention of your customer. You can easily spot varnish, with raised effects up to 200 microns all your digital prints or offset printed jobs, highlight defined areas, add 3D effects and even foil it, which makes your print jobs more vivid, glittering and tactile.

The digitalization of the spot UV finishing with the breath taking scanner registration innovation allows you to delivery one single sheets as final spot UV or full production volume, producing sellable proofs so your customers can see, touch and feel effect that their jobs could have.

With the JETVARNISH, 3DS with iFoil is a completely digital solution you can prepare all this on demand and utilize the power of VDP with creativity saving time and money.

Machine could be configured without iFoil option also& it could be retrofitted in future at site.

Coating Thicknesses

Depending on your file, the inks used and the type of
surface of your sheet, the coating thickness can vary.
On laminated and aqueous coating: 21 μm – 232 μm*
for 3D raised effects and tactile finish. On toner and  
coated paper: 30 μm – 116 μm/232* μm for 
3D raised effects and a tactile finish
